Our Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATION POLICY To allow us to accommodate other clients we require 48 hours notice to change or cancel an individual/couple booking. Full payment will be required for “no shows” or changes to a booking after this time. Group bookings (3 or more) are required to pay a £20 per person deposit at the time of booking. Full payment will be required for “no shows” or group members who cancel their booking 7 days prior to the date of original booking. Deposits are non refundable and non transferable. Spa & Stay packages require 3 weeks’ notice for cancellation or changes otherwise full payment will be required. For all bookings credit/debit card details are required to secure the booking.

GIFT Vouchers An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift vouchers are available at Lavender Health Spa and Lavender Beauty Rooms. Gift vouchers are non refundable non transferable and cannot be exchanged. Lost or stolen gift vouchers can not be honoured. Gift vouchers must be presented at the time of treatment.

ADVANCE BOOKINGS We highly recommend booking your treatment in advance to ensure that your preferred time and service is available. Courses must be completed within 6 months and courses are non refundable and non transferable.

SPA ETIQUETTE Our Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests’ right to privacy and serenity. Smoking is strictly prohibited at Lavender. Mobile phones must be switched off and left in lockers. Mobile phones are not permitted in the treatment rooms. For safety purposes jumping, running and diving and all other boisterous behaviour is strictly prohibited in the pool area. It is our policy at Lavender Health Spa to ask guests to be quiet as they move through the spa. Management reserves the right to ask clients to leave with full payment if their behaviour is deemed unsuitable in any way towards therapists or other guests. Disposable underwear is provided for all guests and must be worn during treatments. Swimwear must be worn.

SPA ARRIVAL We ask that you arrive at the Spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow you to reach optimum relaxation and gain the full benefit of your spa experience. Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatments and will be charged in full. Lavender Health Spa reserves the right to alter timings for late arrivals. Please advise at the time of booking if any member of the group is or could be pregnant. We may not be able to facilitate any changes to bookings if any member of the group discloses their pregnancy upon arrival at Lavender Health Spa but will be charged in full as per the original booking.

AGE REQUIREMENT The minimum age requirement for access to the Spa is 16.

HEALTH CONDITIONS Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, injuries or treatments when making your spa reservation. We reserve the right to alter treatments if we deem it unsafe to carry out a chosen treatment for any reason. Please be aware that the spa facilities cannot be used for 6 months post surgery.

PREGNANCY We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers in their second and third trimesters. Please allow the Spa therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time. Please be aware that the spa facilities cannot be used for 6 months post surgery. The hot tub and the mud chamber cannot be used during pregnancy. Please advise at the time of booking if any member of the group is or could be pregnant. We may not be able to facilitate any changes to bookings if any member of the group discloses their pregnancy upon arrival at Lavender Health Spa but will be charged in full as per the original booking.

LOSS OR DAMAGE We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit.

HOME CARE To continue your spa regime at home, all Spa products used in treatments are available to purchase at reception on departure. Your therapist will recommend products for home use during your treatment.
